Preparations begin.
On Thursday, November 21, we went to Germany with Taeng and Kampha, two Thai friends, to do
some shopping.
And Pia also bought two 3-liter cartons of wine to take with her to Thailand.
For the tour we are going to make through Vietnam, we have applied for visas. And we got them for 656,011 VND, or $25.00 or €25.41.
And we are busy collecting all kinds of copies and other documents, which we take with us; we always take copies of passports, driver's licenses, bank cards, and so on.
In a month we will be in Thailand, away from the mostly gloomy and wet weather in the Netherlands. We will probably find it too hot there, that is always the case.
